Interested in creating your own one of a kind Crest and signet ring. We can help you make an heirloom piece of jewelry that can be passed down generations.
We are making custom design jewelry using a combination of traditional and latest technology.
Our Jewelry is made in house from design, wax, casting, stone setting, finishing, photos, to shipping and customer service.
The sample ring in the image is an example of what we can create for you.
* Material - your choice of 10k, 14k, or 18k solid gold. Provide choice of yellow gold or white gold and black background or matte background in the notes to seller section
during checkout or send me a message.
* This design is made of 18k white gold and weighs approx. 18 grams but will vary depending on ring size, design, and material. Can also customize to make it hollow.

Custom Made Process
1. Inquiry - Please give as much detail of your ideas by providing images, photos, or drawings and descriptions or references of your design ideas along with information about metal type, ring finger size, and stones. After looking over the information you provided, a quote will be given along with a general time frame of how long it will take to make and finish your jewelry.
2. Design - Once the order has been placed, a CAD modeled design will be created for you to look over. We can discuss changes to the design if necessary.
3. Manufacture / Production - After the final approval of the design has been made, your CAD modeled design will go into production. First the CAD model will be made in wax. Then the wax will be cast in precious metal. The final steps will involve cleaning, filing, polishing,setting if stones are requested, and additional finishing. Your jewelry is now ready to ship.
The time to make a custom designed jewelry piece is variable depending on the complexity of your design and if additional changes are made during the design or making process.
Payment instructions:
When the deposit reaches 50%, your ring will start production. Full payment is required prior to shipping.

We try our best to source all materials and stones from reliable and trusted sources that conduct ethical practices.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping & delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
